Capy Drop is developed by Kaqui Interactive (“we”, “us”).
We do not collect, store, or share any personal data ourselves. The game:
Game progress (high score, settings, and your critter collection) is saved only on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app. We have no access to it.
Capy Drop shows optional rewarded video ads (for example, to continue a run or to roll a second baby). An ad is only shown if you choose to watch it. We use Google AdMob, which is operated by Google LLC.
To serve and measure ads, AdMob and its ad partners may collect and process data from your device, such as your advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and ad interactions. Depending on your settings and where you live, ads may be personalized. This data is handled by Google and its partners under their own privacy policies, not by us:
You can reset or opt out of personalized ads with your device’s advertising ID settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before showing ads, using Google’s consent form (the Google User Messaging Platform). You can accept, decline, or manage your choices. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from Pause menu → Privacy options in the game. If you decline, you may still see ads, but they will not be personalized.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data. Because we do not hold your personal data, requests about advertising data should go to Google through your Google account’s privacy controls. You can also contact us below.
Capy Drop is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you are a parent and believe a child has provided data through ads, contact us.
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and publish the new version before the app update that depends on it is released.
